The Watershed Singers are a core group of members from Watershed Theatre Company, who perform cabaret-style concerts throughout the year. We meet regularly to rehearse a wide variety of music from pop classics to choral arrangements, modern hits to songs from the West End and Broadway.
We perform throughout the year for churches, community organisations and charitable events.
Meet the Watershed Singers
Alan Lowe – Company Director and Performer
Alan started The Watershed Theatre Company in 2003 and has either performed in or directed every production since. He is an experienced vocalist, actor and director, having been involved with many companies over the years, including Aldridge Musical Comedy Society, The Fellowship Players and Sutton Arts Theatre.
Jennifer Smith – Secretary and Performer
Jennifer joined the company for its first production in 2003 and became Secretary in 2007. She has produced most of our musical shows, including the Amateur premier of “Austentatious” in 2015, and co-directed the Watershed’s touring production of “Talking Heads” in its various guises. Jennifer works as Events Manager at Lichfield Festival.
Anne Chamberlain – Box Office
Anne also joined the company in 2003 as Box Office Manager. Anne has many years of theatre experience behind her, including acting and directing with The Fellowship Players, The Grange Players and St Margaret’s Players. The Watershed are constantly indebted to Anne for juggling ticket orders for numerous venues and productions.
Dan Holyhead – Business Manager and Performer
Dan joined the Watershed in 2013 and is now our Business Manager. Dan has played leading roles in ‘The Graduate’, ‘The Railway Children’ and ‘The Glass Menagerie’ for The Fellowship Players; ‘The Wizard of Oz’ for The Vesey Players and ‘Singing In The Rain’ for Trinity Players. He made his début as a director 2014 with The Fellowship Players’ successful production of the farce, ‘Cash On Delivery’.
Leigh-Ann James – Performer
Leigh-Ann joined Watershed in 2015 and is an experienced performer, Producer and Choreographer.

Mike Klymko – Musical Director
Mike joined us as MD in 2007 and has been involved with musical theatre for over 20 years. He has appeared on stage for Wolverhampton Youth Theatre, Wolverhampton MusCom and Quarry Bank Operatic Societies. As an MD he has been involved with Tipton Operatic Society and Starcross Productions. Musical credits include: ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’, ‘Oliver’, ‘Peter Pan the Musical’, ‘Little Shop of Horrors’, ‘Annie’ and ‘The Sound of Music’.
